Intolerance to gluten and cereals: barley, gliadin/gluten, oats, rye, spelled, wheat, buckwheat, linseed, maize, millet and rice.
Intolerance to white and red meats: beef, chicken, lamb, pork and turkey.
Intolerance to vegetables, tubers, mushrooms and legumes: potatoes, tomatoes, turnips, courgettes, artichokes, asparagus, carrots, celery, spinach, mushroom mix 1, mushroom mix 2, lettuce, lamb’s lettuce, green beans, peas, aubergines, beetroot, sweet peppers, broccoli, soya beans, cucumber, horseradish, leeks, olives, onions, lentils and haricot beans.
Intolerance to fish and shellfish: freshwater prawns, salmon, tuna, clams, anchovies, swordfish, trout, sole, cod and prawns.
Intolerance to fruit: lemons, nectarines, grapes (green/black), apples, apricots, bananas, cherries, coconut, kiwi fruit, oranges, pineapples, strawberries, watermelon, pears, plums, grapefruit, peaches and dates.
Intolerance to nuts: hazelnuts, peanuts, pistachios, sesame and sunflower seeds, walnuts, almonds and cashews.
Intolerance to spices: pepper (black/white), cinnamon, thyme, red cabbage, nutmeg, oregano, parsley, peppermint, poppy seeds, rosemary, vanilla, cocoa beans, garlic, mustard seeds, chilli and basil.
Lactose intolerance: goat’s milk, sheep’s milk, cow’s milk, yogurt, sheep’s cheese and goat’s cheese.
Intolerance to eggs: egg yolk and egg white.
Yeast intolerance: brewer’s yeast and sour dough.
Honey intolerance: honey.
